POSITION: CLINICIAN
Children's Mental Health Services

Program Overview:


The Intensive Home-Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) Program focuses on providing comprehensive support to youth and their families within their own homes. Our mission is to stabilize young individuals and prevent the need for more intensive care, while also facilitating their reintegration into the community.


Compensation:


Starting pay is $27.97 per hour, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.


Role Overview:


The Clinician will collaborate with a diverse team, including a Lead Clinician, Outreach Worker, Occupational Therapist, Young Adult Peer Mentor, and Family Partner.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with youth and their families to foster a supportive environment.
  • Guide support staff in achieving clinical objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing safety assessments and coordinate care plans.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for Children's Mental Health Services.

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional with a Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field, and is either on the path to licensure or is a Licensed Clinician (LICSW, LMHC) preferred. Experience working with youth facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges is essential.


Work Schedule:


Flexible hours are available to accommodate family needs, typically Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM or 12 PM to 8 PM.


Additional Requirements:


A valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
