About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in a school-based setting. As a key member of our medical team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide comprehensive behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students in a school-based setting
  • Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to develop and implement behavioral health plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address students' behavioral health needs
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to students and staff as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement school-wide behavioral health initiatives
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school-based setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
