Job Overview

As a Rehabilitation Specialist at Resiliency LLC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' physical capabilities to identify movement disorders and formulate individualized rehabilitation strategies.
  • Design and execute comprehensive treatment protocols that encompass therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the application of specialized equipment aimed at alleviating discomfort, enhancing mobility, and building strength.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes, exercise regimens, and techniques to facilitate recovery and avert future injuries.
  • Track patient advancements and adjust rehabilitation plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nursing staff, and occupational therapists, to deliver a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Maintain thorough and precise patient documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools and metrics to evaluate physical performance and treatment success.
  • Guide patients on healthy lifestyle choices and exercise habits to support overall health and wellness.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about the latest trends and advancements in rehabilitation therapy.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and professional practice guidelines.

Work Environment:

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and engage in physical activities during therapy sessions, including lifting or assisting patients as necessary.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Demonstrated experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical or healthcare environment.
In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and equipment.
