Job Title: Guest Service Representative

At Home2 Suites by Hilton, we're committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and supported throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, handling reservations and general information with a smile.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments and handling guest luggage.
  • Assist with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Communicate with housekeeping on guest requests, early arrivals, and late departures.
  • Perform all duties as indicated in the shift checklist report, maintaining a high level of service and hospitality.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
