Job Summary:

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding Judgement Free member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet members and guests, answer phones, and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  • Front Desk Activities: Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
  • Club Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area and lobby, and perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
