Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide cheerful, helpful, and patient service to members and guests, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Membership Management: Manage membership sales, renewals, and updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Program Support: Assist with program registration, check-in, and facilitation, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for participants.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with members, guests, and staff, both in person and over the phone, using clear and concise language.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or membership management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software applications.
  • Characteristics: Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
