Role Overview

The Clinical Trial Coordinator will oversee a range of intricate activities and execute responsibilities related to the initiation, execution, and conclusion of clinical pharmaceutical and device research protocols. The role involves ensuring the collection of precise, objective, and reliable data within sponsor timelines while adhering to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, federal regulations, medical ethics, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), International Council of Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements, and specific sponsor protocol stipulations. All tasks must align with the company’s Core Values, Mission Statement, and Employee Manual.

About the Company

SQRL is a Clinical Research site network operating over 15 research facilities across multiple states. The organization conducts Phase I-IV trials across various therapeutic areas, including cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal, CNS, pulmonology, and vaccines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Phlebotomy, EKGs, and Vital Signs is highly desirable
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is required.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • In-depth understanding of clinical research methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities with the ability to think independently and influence when necessary. Proficient negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and align with operational goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient computer skills, including Office 365 applications. Experience in drafting and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills in problem-solving, risk assessment, and impact analysis. Demonstrated experience in process enhancement. Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities.
