Key Responsibilities

In your role as the Project Manager, your duties will encompass:

• Acting as the technical project manager to facilitate the creation of comprehensive, integrated, and actionable plans that support software vision, development, and integration.

• Collaborating with colleagues across various portfolios to aid in the acquisition and execution of Internal Research and Development (IRAD) funds, as well as Customer Research and Development (CRAD) contracts with external partners.

• Assisting in staffing discussions and planning, managing staffing resources and allocations across multiple projects in line with program priorities, scheduling requirements, and budget constraints.

• Fostering coordination among diverse business areas and industry partners to build strong working relationships that advance our customer’s objectives.

Desired Qualifications

• Active SCI clearance

• Experience with Control Account Management and/or Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

• Enthusiasm for collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• A servant-leadership mindset

• Proficiency in C++, CUDA, MATLAB, and RUST

• Understanding of Software Development environments and lifecycles

• Experience with proposals and estimating, including Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
