Role Overview

The Clinical Research Coordinator will oversee a range of intricate tasks and execute responsibilities associated with the initiation, execution, and conclusion of clinical pharmaceutical and device research protocols. The goal is to gather precise, unbiased, and reliable data within sponsor timelines while adhering to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, federal regulations, medical ethics, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), International Council of Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, Institutional Review Board (IRB) standards, and specific sponsor protocol requirements. All tasks must align with the company’s Core Values, Mission Statement, and Employee Manual.

About the Company

SQRL is a network of Clinical Research sites with a robust presence across multiple states. Their facilities conduct Phase I-IV clinical trials in various therapeutic areas, including cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal, CNS, pulmonology, and vaccines.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Phlebotomy, EKGs, and Vital Signs is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is essential.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • In-depth understanding of clinical research methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities with the ability to think independently and influence appropriately. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and align with operational goals.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Office 365 applications. Experience in drafting and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving, risk assessment, and impact analysis. Demonstrated experience in process enhancement. Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize competing responsibilities.
