About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a Sous Chef position at Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts, a leading fine dining restaurant in Ponte Vedra. As a member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of chefs and contribute to the creation of exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the kitchen team in food preparation, line cooking, and plating to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and storage to adhere to safe food handling practices.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and implement seasonal changes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent knife skills and strong product knowledge to prepare and present dishes according to menu specifications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and dining room employees.
  • Culinary school education or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Food Handler Certification required within 60 days of hire.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, along with:
