Human Resources Manager

The Judge Group is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join their Corporate Office in Chino, California. This role will play a critical part in supporting the company's employees, both locally and nationally, and will partner closely with other HR personnel in various locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented HR professional to bring their expertise in talent acquisition, benefits, compensation planning, payroll, employee/labor relations, and engagement to a dynamic organization undergoing unprecedented growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and vision.
  • Communicate regularly with senior management, local management, and owners to ensure consensus and support.
  • Collaborate with senior business partners to understand current and future business needs and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Lead and coach the Human Resources team to deliver excellence and efficiencies in talent acquisition, leadership development, benefits, compensation planning, policy setting, performance evaluations, payroll, employee relations, labor relations, HRIS, and engagement.
  • Establish and document human resource-related policies, procedures, and documentation for consistency and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in human resource administration, deliverables, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a proven Human Resource Leader.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cost structures and financial results.
