Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and preparing outgoing mail.
- Assist with various HR activities, such as employee application intake, HRIS data entry, and new employee orientation.
- Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources and Plant Manager to resolve personnel issues.
- Work closely with the Operation Recruiter to ensure the plant is fully staffed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
