Work Schedule:
1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in executing various HR initiatives and processes for all personnel, focusing on recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a supportive work environment and develop a career you can take pride in.

Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly wage for this position is $25.00. GXO believes this is the appropriate pay rate for this role at the time of this posting. However, this rate may be adjusted in the future. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and additional benefits for eligible employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver HR support and customer service to employees
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process by assisting with new hire orientation
  • Organize job fair events
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring documentation is accurate, confidential, and compliant with company policies
  • Manage leave programs, including tracking and compliance with FMLA, and preparing necessary notifications
  • Oversee the temporary employee conversion process, including evaluations and orientation scheduling
  • Audit and manage monthly HR invoicing, including payroll for temporary employees and HR supplies
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, including bulletin boards and recognition initiatives
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • At least 1 year of experience in human resources or administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
It would be advantageous if you also possessed:
  • An associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
