In the capacity of Human Resources Coordinator, you will be pivotal in facilitating the efficient human resources functions within the organization. Your outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities will be essential in partnering with management and staff to provide exceptional service.

Primary Duties
  • Execute general office duties such as managing phone communications, welcoming guests, handling correspondence, procuring office materials, and ensuring systematic record-keeping.
  • Draft and modify various documents including letters, reports, memoranda, and electronic communications.
  • Support the HR Generalist with responsibilities such as processing employee applications, overseeing HRIS information, and leading new hire orientations.
  • Engage with the HR Director and Plant Manager to resolve employee-related matters.
  • Assist in the reporting of workplace incidents at the facility in collaboration with the HR Director and EHS Supervisor.
  • Work in tandem with the Operations Recruiter to maintain appropriate staffing levels within the organization.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required.
