About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Project Manager to oversee the Crisis Diversion Interim Services (CDIS) program at the Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the 30-bed facility, providing clinical and administrative supervision to staff, and coordinating with community providers to deliver intensive case management services to homeless individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as DESC and CSC program values.
  • Coordinate with the Mobile Crisis Team and Crisis Diversion Facility staff to deliver integrated services.
  • Provide training to staff on case management, clinical skills, and DESC policies and procedures.
  • Assure implementation of program development in congruence with principles of recovery-based services.
  • Manage staff and programs schedule for all aspects of CDIS services.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and participate in psychiatric consultation, supervision, and program meetings.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or other relevant behavioral science.
  • Two or more years' experience in community-based behavioral health services.
  • Eligible for a Licensed AAC credential or other superseding credential that meets RCW requirements.
  • Ability to drive an agency or personal vehicle and possess a current Washington State driver's license.
  • Experience working with adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders.
  • Strong knowledge of client benefits screening and application process, King County resources, and recovery-oriented interventions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and communicate effectively with staff from diverse backgrounds.
