Job Summary

As a Graduate Program Coordinator II at the University of Texas at Austin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our graduate and undergraduate programs in Semiconductor Science and Engineering. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all phases of the Semiconductor Science and Engineering graduate and undergraduate programs, including recruitment, admissions, and student services.
  • Develop and manage processes to onboard and keep faculty informed about SSE best practices for student success.
  • Implement a comprehensive mentoring program in coordination with other relevant UT units.
  • Manage curriculum and competency mapping activities for SSE credentials.
  • Support the integration of workforce skills credentials and learning opportunities into SSE credentials.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in program coordination or a related field.
