Job Title: IT Coordinator II

TransForce is seeking an experienced IT Coordinator II to join our team. As an IT Coordinator II, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT customer service and/or help desk environment.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software operations, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with functions listed in required qualifications.
  • Systems administration experience for windows and macOS computers using enterprise systems management software and tools.
