We are seeking a highly skilled IT Coordinator II to join our team at TransForce. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support services to our staff, student-athletes, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve inquiries and requests for assistance with IT equipment, including workstations, printers, networking, event ticketing, video equipment, VOIP, and cell phones.
- Provide technical support for events hosted by the department, including internal staff requests, stats, TV, AV, media, and other invited parties.
- Maintain accurate information efficiently across several systems, including support issues and inventory management.
- Participate in technical planning and documentation for Athletics IT and Athletics-sponsored events.
- Establish close communications and good working relationships with staff, external partners, and management.
- High school graduation or GED.
- Two years of demonstrated experience in IT customer service and/or help desk environment.
- Knowledge of hardware and software operations, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- More than two years of experience with functions listed in required qualifications.
- Systems administration experience for Windows and macOS computers using enterprise systems management software and tools.
