Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving world-class support to our customer base, including leading differentiated customer experiences for our most valuable and complex customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized customer success plans to ensure successful implementation of Kira Learning's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and district leaders.
  • Provide on-the-ground implementation and onboarding support to district schools, ensuring seamless integration of Kira Learning's products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to drive alignment towards product and sales improvements.
  • Monitor and report on customer success metrics, identifying areas for improvement and escalating at-risk customers.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support teacher professional development and student success.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, education, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
