Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Representative to join our team at Something Inked. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate rates, and collaborate with our sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting our clients' needs.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in Customer Success/Account Management or relevant experience in negotiating or growing customer relationships.
  • Skills: Excellent phone skills, internet savvy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high standards of work ethic, and self-motivated.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
