Customer Success Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Electronics Renewal LLC. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and meet customer needs
- Enter and update sales and purchase orders in internal systems
- Assist Purchasing and Sales departments as needed
- Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary
- Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests
- Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined
- Keep customer accounts current
- Take on account management tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service experience or work history in a related industry
- Prior experience using Zendesk software
- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven problem solver
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
