About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our Greenline Software team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the successful implementation of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' veterinary products and provide clear guidance on the utilization of the Greenline program.
  • Ensure customer practice management software is configured correctly and identify invoice issues to support customers during corrective processes.
  • Document and track customer support cases, achieving weekly personal and team targets.
  • Provide quality support to customers in a professional and timely manner, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and strong customer relationships.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Associate degree, Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • High quality customer-facing interpersonal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships, preferred.
  • Technical record-keeping management skills, reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues, phone skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with organized and multi-tasking skills.
