You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure they achieve maximum value from our products. With a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, you'll be able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.

Key responsibilities include leading the onboarding process for new customers, providing technical guidance and best practices during API setup and configuration, conducting training sessions and workshops, and developing and maintaining engaging documentation to support the APIM rollout.

As a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the API Management solution delivery team and customers, you'll be responsible for establishing key performance indicators to measure the success of Apigee implementation and gathering customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in our API management solutions.

With a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Information Technology, preferably within the API management or software industry, you'll have a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, as well as experience with cloud-based API technology platforms and delivering solutions therein.

Additional responsibilities include analyzing technical business requirements and translating them into technical features, articulating an attractive value proposition to internal teams to grow platform adoption, and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs, including a base salary of $94,000 - $125,000, an incentive plan, and a range of benefits such as health insurance, parental leave, fertility benefits, and adoption assistance.
