About the Role
The Insurance Account Representative will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. They will work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintain a strong work ethic, and contribute to the success of the office.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively relate to customers.
- A Property & Casualty license.
