Position Summary

We are currently looking for an Associate Production Print Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Production Print Specialists and sales teams to enhance and sustain Production Print initiatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through tailored technical sales support and training.
  • Design workflow solutions for client demonstrations.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing Production Print accounts and specialists.
  • Conduct thorough customer needs assessments and site evaluations, engaging with key stakeholders to identify and address challenges.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in discussing variable print data, workflow solutions, software, and network applications.
  • Show competence in demonstrating, installing, and troubleshooting equipment RIPs.
  • Engage in daily pre-sales activities alongside Production Print Specialists.
  • Prepare for customer demonstrations of Production Print products and services.
  • Assist in the configuration process with specialists and sales personnel.
  • Create implementation and training guides for each Production Print installation.
  • Conduct all Production Print installations and training within the designated area.
  • Work closely with the Technical Service team to gather insights and escalate technical issues encountered during training.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills coupled with active listening abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage and customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience
  • Prior experience in production print support roles or 1 to 3 years in pre-press or as a key operator in a print shop or commercial printing environment.
  • Familiarity with Fiery Print Controllers and relevant software applications is preferred.
  • Experience with digital presses from manufacturers such as Ricoh, Canon, Konica Minolta, or Xerox is advantageous.
  • Knowledge in wide format printing is beneficial.
