Job Description

Summary: The Administrative Support Specialist provides a wide range of administrative support and organizational assistance.

  • Greet visitors, answer calls to the main phone line and follow up on inquiries as necessary
  • Manage complex calendars of meetings and appointments
  • Collate and distribute mail daily, alert employees when mail or packages are delivered

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations using PowerPoint software
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the organization's content calendar
  • Assist with development, content creation, and publishing of external digital newsletters

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5 years' administrative support experience; preferably in a non-profit or healthcare sector
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Estimated Salary: $24 - $26 per hour
