Job Overview

As a key member of the Front Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests as they arrive at the hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the high standards of Stanford Hotel Group.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome and greet all guests at the Front Desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, services, and operational hours.
  3. Adhere to all cash handling and credit policies to maintain financial integrity.
  4. Facilitate check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and courtesy.
  5. Utilize proper communication protocols when interacting with team members via two-way radio.
  6. Demonstrate proficiency in the Front Desk computer system and related technologies.
  7. Complete all assigned tasks on the shift checklist in a timely manner.
  8. Conduct bucket checks, room rate verifications, and housekeeping reports as required.
  9. Prepare and balance closing paperwork in accordance with hotel standards.
  10. Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist as necessary.

Qualifications

Education:

Associate's degree or higher in Hospitality Management is required.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel front desk role is required.

Licenses & Certifications:

Relevant certifications in hospitality management are preferred.
