Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for all guests.
  2. Lead and mentor the Guest Experience team, providing training on customer service excellence and operational procedures.
  3. Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
  4. Coordinate with the General Manager to create staff schedules and adjust as necessary to meet business demands.
  5. Conduct administrative tasks including daily reporting, managing financial transactions, and maintaining guest records.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, particularly regarding guest information and key control.
  7. Foster a welcoming environment by greeting guests and ensuring all areas of the front desk are clean and organized.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in English is essential.

Experience: Previous experience in hotel operations or customer service is necessary, with supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital. Must be adept at handling multiple tasks and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
