Role Summary:

The Front Desk Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring that a high standard of service is consistently delivered to guests, prospective visitors, vendor partners, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise front desk staff and manage the daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  2. Assist in scheduling and training Guest Experience Representatives to enhance service quality.
  3. Conduct administrative tasks, including daily reports, financial transactions, and inventory management.
  4. Provide a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
  6. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding guest information and financial transactions.
  8. Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of senior management.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in English is essential.

Experience: Previous experience in hotel operations or customer service is necessary, with supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
