O'GARA Westlake Village is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Luxury Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Luxury Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling new and/or used luxury vehicles to our discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and stay up-to-date on all luxury vehicles on our lot, including features, pricing, and incentives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and discuss prices, warranties, and other vehicle-related details with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay organized and manage multiple clients and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience in a high-end industry (e.g., clothing, jewelry, auto).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Professional personal presentation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet skills.
- Typing skills (min 45 WPM).
