Key Responsibilities:- Learn and stay up-to-date on all vehicles on the lot, including features, pricing, and incentives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and discuss prices, warranties, and other vehicle-related details with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Attend training classes and sales meetings to stay informed about new products, promotions, and sales techniques.
- 2 years of sales experience in a high-end industry (e.g., clothing, jewelry, auto).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Professional personal presentation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet.
- Typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
