Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Manager to join our Federal Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our quality assurance and quality control programs, and leading a team of quality control personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of quality control personnel to ensure effective implementation of quality programs.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in industry, with at least 5 years of US Department of Defense (DOD) quality control management experience (as a contractor).
  • USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management for Contractors training certification (preferred).
  • American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification as Quality Auditor or Manager of Quality/Organization Excellence (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the continental United States.
