Job Title:
Quality Control Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at Actalent. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 months, requiring extensive travel and relocation flexibility. The project is located at various USACE sites in Georgia and Alabama, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with USACE and NAVFAC regulations
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential quality issues
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to project staff on quality control procedures and best practices
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality control metrics and performance indicators

Requirements:
  • USACE experience and knowledge of federal construction regulations
  • NAVFAC experience and knowledge of quality control management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
