Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Shipping & Receiving - Office Services Lead I at Loffler Companies, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate all site-specific job responsibilities to ensure seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and organize assigned workloads, coordinating Loffler Companies, Inc. personnel and supplies to achieve optimal productivity.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to team members, ensuring they meet quality and output standards.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and control production costs to maintain profitability for the area of responsibility.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews and provide input on subordinates' work performance.
  • Corrective Action: Perform limited corrective action counseling and coaching to address performance issues.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate good business judgment, initiative, and creativity in decision-making.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various Loffler Companies, Inc. equipment as required.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and productive work environment.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain monthly reports for client meetings as necessary.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership ability and working knowledge in areas such as fulfillment, mail services, copying/printing, scanning, reception, hospitality, courier services, and shipping & receiving.
Requirements
  • Full-Time On-Site Work: Reports to customer site full-time.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Time Management: Works well under pressure and achieves deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work with detailed information accurately.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate both written and orally.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
  • Soft Skills: Communications Skills - Written and Oral, Interpersonal, Customer Interface, Professionalism, Maturity; Leadership - Motivated, Good Judgment, Decisiveness; Experience - Machine Knowledge, Training & Development; Organization & Planning - Organized, Administrative Skills, Flexibility.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Industry Experience: 2 years of industry experience in a similar field or job duties.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision: Supervise Loffler Companies, Inc. associates.
