As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will engage directly in the field, addressing challenges, collaborating with a talented team, and liaising with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with our design and sales teams, as well as the Project Manager.
- Oversee customer relations for all assigned projects.
- Conduct daily site visits and maintain communication with homeowners.
- Manage project timelines and ensure profitability.
- Schedule and coordinate trade partners for each project, including walkthroughs, layout planning, and daily cleanup.
- Update and communicate with trade partners regularly.
- Handle and communicate change orders.
- Collect scheduled payments and change order payments as assigned.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential new home construction.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft applications.
- Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
- Preferred experience in estimating.
- A degree in Construction Management is advantageous.
- A proactive growth mindset that prioritizes team success and embraces creativity.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
Compensation
$65,000 + Bonuses and Vehicle Allowance
Benefits Package - Includes Vehicle Allowance (either $800 or a Company Truck), Medical (up to full coverage), Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, Retirement Plans, Short-Term Disability, Flexible Spending Account, DCRA, Hospital and Accident Insurance, Company Bonus, Additional Education Assistance, and Paid Time Off.
