Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gymnastics Program Site Supervisor to join our team at the City of Plymouth, MN. As a Gymnastics Program Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and success of our gymnastics programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Safety and Support: Ensure the safety of participants and staff, and provide support to the gymnastics coordinator as needed.
  • Facility Management: Open and close the facility, set up for usage, and maintain documentation of opening and closing procedures.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate with supervisor/building staff on repairs and issues, greet and communicate with patrons, and understand emergency response procedures.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older by the position start date.
  • Gymnastics Experience: Must have prior gymnastics experience.
  • Experience Working with Children: Must have experience working with children.
  • Staff Supervision Experience: Must have experience supervising staff.
  • Personality and Skills: Must be personable, dependable, and a good communicator.
Work Schedule

The shifts for this position include Wednesday evenings and weekend hours. You must be available to work at these times.
