Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Maintenance Supervisor to oversee various aspects of industrial manufacturing projects. This role requires significant travel (50-75%) and offers a competitive salary ranging from $35 to $40 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all phases of industrial manufacturing projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of high-quality standards.
2. Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols, including lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures.
3. Supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
4. Coordinate machine installations and perform routine maintenance to optimize performance.
5. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards or quality concerns.
7. Train and mentor site personnel, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, focusing on engineering, blueprint interpretation, safety protocols, and subcontractor management.
2. Proven expertise in machine installations and mechanical maintenance.
3. Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and LOTO procedures.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams.
5. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for quickly identifying and resolving issues.
