Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in design, with a minimum of 7 years in team building and management.

  • Design Expertise: Strong design expertise, with a focus on product design and user experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and drive business outcomes through design solutions.
