About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner to lead our Utilities consulting business unit, focusing on Grid Modernization and Energy Transition. As a key member of our Domain and Consulting (D&C) team, you will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, and delivering customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s) in the Utilities sector.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with clients and leverage strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients.
  • Deliver customer value as a central theme across all activities, ensuring Wipro is aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals.
  • Leverage the above to help create strong Wipro Market Positioning and increase Wipro's mindshare.
Requirements
  • Big picture orientation, conceiving effective strategies to drive growth.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude and pragmatic approach.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building, and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners, and internal organization.
  • Proven track record of winning transformational and strategic consulting sales, and strong focus on account planning, business development strategies, participating in large integrated deals, governance, delivery, and operational management.
  • Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi-shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
  • Ability to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans, and solutions in tackling challenges.
