Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, and provide personalized service to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication throughout the event planning process.
  • Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including catering, audiovisual, and accommodations, to ensure a successful event.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event, and provide creative solutions to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our culinary team to design menus and provide exceptional food and beverage service to our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering or catering sales in a hospitality setting; Convention Service experience a plus.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Delfi ideal and MS Office required; high level attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to multitask.
  • Certifications: NM Safe Certified Hotelier a plus.
