Catering and Convention Services Manager

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering and Convention Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for responding to catering leads, providing site tours, and contracting clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase catering revenue and grow the business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their events are executed flawlessly and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus and provide food and beverage recommendations to clients.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of catering events, including logistics, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Heritage Hotels & Resorts remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of catering and event management software, including Opera and Delphi.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
