About the Role

Carmax Remount Rd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Associate to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, completing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete administrative tasks to support all store departments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Provide customer service by greeting customers, guiding them through paperwork, and addressing their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and business partners, building strong relationships and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain coverage at the information desk and answer multi-line phone system, ensuring seamless communication and support to customers and colleagues.
