Communication Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Crestwood Healthcare Center. As an In-House Team Member, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of our residents through therapy.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an Accredited Program and hold a valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating patient medical charts, developing treatment plans, and conducting rehabilitative treatment programs to improve communication, swallowing, and/or cognitive problems. You will also instruct residents, families, and caregivers on speech techniques and provide diet recommendations for safe swallowing practices.
