Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with a specified number of seniors and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living and attending to individual care needs.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) in collaboration with the community team.
  • Ensure the highest level of care and service delivery, adhering to OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies.
  • Provide dining services to residents and guests, maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
Requirements
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be necessary in certain states.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.

Compensation Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on individual qualifications and market conditions.
