Job Summary:

The selected candidate will prepare patients for catheterization procedures, assist physicians with setup and execution of cardiac catheterizations, and operate specialized equipment used during catheterization and imaging. Accurate documentation of procedures and patient data is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for catheterization procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
  • Assist physicians with the setup and execution of cardiac catheterizations, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate specialized equipment used during catheterization and imaging, maintaining optimal performance and quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient data, facilitating seamless communication among healthcare teams.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
  • Certified Cath Lab Technologist with ARRT or RCIS certification, demonstrating expertise in cardiac interventions.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab setting, showcasing proficiency in procedure execution and patient care.
  • Ability to travel and work in different medical facilities, adapting to new environments and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, enabling effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are required, reflecting commitment to emergency response and patient well-being.
