KPMG is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice as a Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits. This role requires a strong background in corporate taxation and partnerships, with a proven track record of managing multiple client engagements and client service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Tax, Audit, and Advisory teams to provide compensation, benefits, and HR-related services to clients.
  • Manage senior-level relationships with large clients, advising on tactical issues and overseeing risk and financial performance of engagements.
  • Develop tax arguments to support conclusions and suggest recommendations to clients.
  • Participate in market and business activities, providing direction to and maintaining managerial responsibility for a team.
  • Coach and mentor tax professionals, teaching and speaking for internal and external classes and seminars.
Requirements:
  • Minimum seven years of recent federal tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or completion of one of the advanced degrees or professional designations listed by KPMG.
  • Experience with corporate taxation and partnerships.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams.
  • Excellent advisory, compliance, verbal, and written communication skills.
