Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compensation and Equity Manager to join our team at New Relic. This role will be responsible for maintaining our global salary range structure, managing bonus and merit administration, and consulting with the business on compensation recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer compensation and equity plans, policies, and programs
  • Review and recommend proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices
  • Manage salary surveys and private equity plans
  • Model budgets for merit and bonus administration
  • Work with HRBPs, managers, and key stakeholders in Finance and Legal on compensation-related inquiries
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive job family structure
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience administering compensation and equity-based programs, policies, and processes globally
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong project management ability and experience
  • Intermediate level user Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
