Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Portland, OR. As a key member of our primary care team, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse patient panel, conducting a range of clinical procedures, and collaborating with colleagues to provide seamless care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize your clinical training and expertise to perform in-office procedures
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
- At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year with a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in Oregon, obtained by start date
