Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager with a solid background in infrastructure to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing and improving our infrastructure products and services. Your knowledge of infrastructure technologies and your product management expertise will be instrumental in shaping the roadmap and delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development process.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to design and deliver infrastructure products that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development and strategy.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, including defining product vision, goals, and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager focusing on infrastructure products and services.
  • In-depth understanding of infrastructure technologies, including cloud computing, networking, virtualization, and storage solutions.
  • Proven track record in creating and launching infrastructure products that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as data services, On-Prem infrastructure, databricks, docker, virtualization, network, and cloud security.
  • Knowledge of various functional areas like product management, engineering, UI/UX, customer support, and marketing.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and tailor platform requirements to different audiences.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure security requirements.
  • Experience in evaluating industry innovations, technology platforms, and partnership opportunities.
  • Capability to break down complex solutions into manageable tasks and prioritize features for efficient delivery.
  • Development of strategic cloud and on-premises platform roadmaps and management of product development schedules.
