Job Summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing production associates, ensuring production standards are met, and maintaining a quality assurance program that meets customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Production Associates: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production associates to ensure efficient and effective production operations.
  • Manage Production Standards: Establish and maintain production standards to ensure high-quality products are produced.
  • Manage Production Schedule: Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Establish and Manage Quality Assurance Program: Develop and implement a quality assurance program that meets customer requirements and ensures compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage Product Control Program: Implement a product control program to minimize loss and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Manage Safety and Health Program: Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain Associate Approval Rating: Foster a positive and productive work environment by maintaining high associate approval ratings.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications: 2 years' experience in warehouse or plant management, high school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish, strong organizational and oral communication skills, computer literate, general PC applications, Excel a plus.
